Sports Specific Position Training/Footwork Training/ Personal Training:
Athletes will receive a customized program that includes position specific training. Whether your son plays Quarter Back, Wide Receiver/Tight End, Running Back, Defensive Back, Line Backer, Defensive Lineman or Offensive Lineman, I have all the tools to get him ready! I will focus on footwork drills, agility drills, sparq hurdle drills, cone drills and position drills. Each position has a specific job to do and by me teaching my athlete how to better understand his desired position and his role will benefit him tremendously on the field. It's my job to help these guys understand their positions responsibility. Each and every position requires a certain body type and skill set. Moreover, size is important in football, but smaller players can be VERY SUCCESSFUL at the right position.
Core Training: Majority of all lower back pain is caused by weak abdominal muscles, bad posture, and lack of flexibility or a combination of all of the three. The exercises that I will be performing on a client will be to target the
weak areas and strengthen your body.
